HAITI UPDATE
Last week
Last week we were able to have a conversation with Gertrude who was visiting aid workers who helped her during the earthquake and it was great to hear that she and the children are all well. With the help of the American workers we were able to ascertain Gertrude's needs for the orphanages and we were able to send out £4,000 to equip the orphanages with glass windows throughout and tiling to the ground floor levels. Another £3,000 is going out this month (May) to enable Gertrude to having railings fitted around the orphanage and doors fitted to the upstairs section, which is now Gertrude's home.

Please do continue pray for Gertrude and the children. It is going to be a long hard struggle, but we will try and help them all we can but we cannot do this without you!
