Project description:
For many of these families, they have no registration documents and therefore they cannot gain access hospitals, schools, kindergartens, family gp’s etc. The aim is to:
- To help them to prepare documents representing their interests and will resolve the problem of non identity card.
- In the cases of abandoned children, we aim to find ways of identifying their biological families.
- When it is a case of a child who has lost a parent who had a legal job or is retired, to represent them to discover the rights of successor.
- To find a solution for women who are pregnant and do not have registration documents to access medical treatment.
- To help them to recognise their rights i.e. if it is in their right to own a property, to prepare all the documentation for this.
- When the birth of a child is not recognised to assist in obtaining the necessary legal documentation for this registration.
- To represent cases and prepare documentation for medical commission in order for social assistance commission to be evaluated.
- To prepare cases to determine the degree of handicap or type of school the child should attend.
